It seems unlikely in a market that has a chart like this here that an incorrect past sale is the reason that your house is not selling. Buyers have a lot of choices in the market and they seek value. If you offer it, they will make an offer no matter what Zillow's AVM says.
If the past sale is wrong and shows with your recorder as a partial transfer, Zillow may be able to correct it if they can verify it. You can flag it with the yellow "edit" pencil to let them know.
FYI it looks like you last listing price was 329K and your current Zestimate is 350K. If buyers are considering the Zestimate, then they should feel that they are getting a good buy.
