Zillow has wrong value, how to fix?

Hi, my neighbors sold their house to a family member for a WAY below market price (market value was ABOUT 350k, sold for 144k).  This is severely depressing my listed value, how can I have Zillow fix this error?

Zillow tries to avoid using family member transfers in their Zestimates, so if you flag the sale and alert them it was a family transfer you might find some response.

The ones for $10 are obvious and Zillow tends to put an asterisk by them saying sale not used in Zestimate, but when it is about 1/3 to 1/2 the market value it is probably harder for them to spot it with their computer screens.

To the best of my knowledge they can't however any lender will see your neighbors house sale was not an arms length transaction, and view it accordingly. For the time being most internet based systems can not differentiate between an actual different types of sales data. I'm sure it is only a matter of time before they do.
