For example, there are two houses on the same street, one is 500 square feet less than the other and the other has at least one more room and overall yard footage. Yet, you estimated the bigger house to be less than the smaller house, although they were built the same year and the larger one has more things. I.E. Large house 2372 Kinsella Way, 95747 estimated at 353K, whereas smaller one located at 2541 Kinsella Way, 95747 estimated at 376K.
