Yea, so I sold this house 3620 Ledan Rd, Gainesville GA and closed on 7/24/09. I changed the status to SOLD at least once already. So I get another email reminding me to update the status, which has reverted back to some other unsold status. So I change the status again, showing the actual close date (again) of 7/24/09. But Zillow won't take it, insisting that the close date has to be AFTER the posted-for-sale date of 6/24/09 (!?!). However, I posted it for sale in about April or May, as I recall. Am I wasting my time with Zillow? So I lied and changed the close date to 8/22/09, and it seemed to take in the system. But for how long? The new owner's name is Marcy Greenwalt, and my name should be taken off the listing - how to do that?
