Zillow is listing 50% inflated price and will deter aby buyers intrest. How to change wrong pricing

Profile picture for AidaReitz

Zillow has not adjusted a 2006 inflated price and is still showing a 100K infladed price for my home.
How to get Zillow to show correct pricing of my home?
I do not see any contact inf for Zillow.
The owners access to ones property data does not [rovide the option for price correction.
This causes a big problemand will prevent buyers traffic to the house.
Thanks for feedback

Zillow's Zestimate is ONLY an estimate of your property value that is derived from comparable sales data from county records.

You can improve the accuracy of your home's Zestimate by editing the facts about your home. To do so, you will need to claim your listing on Zillow. This link will explain how http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/Claim-Your-Home/

If you are trying to sell your home, you can post it for sale on Zillow and post the price that you are looking for or you can add a Make Me Move price.

If you would like to list your home for sale on Zillow, go to www.postlets.com  Your listing will be posted on Zillow, Yahoo Real Estate and Trulia.com for FREE if you put it on postlets.com

Hopefully this info helps. GOOD LUCK!
