If i were you, I am going to celebrate while it last and it may not last long, I'm going to invite my friends, for those, who are not coming, I'm going to put them under the Phoenix's sun (need not to be in hell), there they will bite with their teeth, and cry (per bible).

Who could it work for? Really? And trust me, I'm not using it. And if you appraisers are using it, than we can blame you as well for the housing crisis.
The only thing Zillow is good for is to see what your house and yard look like from a top down view.
The data Zillow pulled from the assessors site is accurate and that's the only thing that is accurate.

Zillow is on Crack, what a joke
I would like to take their "Zestimate" and shove it up their "Zass"
I am sure someone from zillowian could justify it though and then give the usual "BS" caveat about getting an acutal appraisal. If your gonna guess what my house is worth, the least I ask is you be in the same ballpark.....dumb asses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
