Zillow is posting the 30 day changes in my area wrong. I noticed all the homes in my 97463 area code

How can some go up, and others go down when they use the same homes as being all comparables. Our home has acreage and upgrades when their homes do not. Yet these properties went up and our 30 day change went down. I want to find out who is posting these. I will be calling you soon! What is going on?

Each zestimate is calculated individually. We do not use your neighbors value to determine your zestimate. I'll see if you have your home "favorited" to look into it further.
