Hey Sara from Zillow here. NWHome.us is correct that Remax International isn't sending us a feed. But perhaps someone else is syndicating on your behalf. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, in gray text it will say "some information on this page provided by {data source}". This is where the pricing information is coming from and where the information needs to be updated.
However- let me ask you something else. At the top of the listing, does it say FOR SALE with a price, or does it just say ZESTIMATE with a price. It is likely that your home isn't being posted for sale at all to Zillow and the zestimate is being confused as the sales price.

You don't have to advertise on Zillow for your listings to show up there. RE/MAX corporate most likely provides them with a feed.

Zillow is posting wrong prices on homes listed by our real estate office.
