Because your listing is a FSBO from another website, you will not be able to edit your listing directly on Zillow. Your listing will also not appear under your Zillow profile. You will have to search for your listing on Zillow, using the complete address, and you can then save this home as a favorite in your Zillow profile. Any changes that need to be made on your listing must be done from the source of the listing, which will then update on Zillow.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Thank you.

If you listed your house using postlets or other site such as owners.com, you will trigger the message about lack of permission.   If you are uncertain about the source of your listing, open your home details page, scroll to the bottom and look for the listing source/listing website in blue.

Then, sign in to your account on the listing website and make the edits on that site.
