Zillow is showing my home was listed and removed...but it was never listed in the first place.

Our home is showing that it was listed for sale in Dec 2009 and then removed Feb 2010.  It was never for sale.  We bought the home in July 2009 and have lived here ever since and have never attempted to sell our home.  How can I get this information corrected?
