Zillow is still showing an OLD listing even though it was cancelled.

I need to get the NEW listing to show on Zillow.  Anybody have any experience with this?  Any contacts at Zillow to get rid of the old listing?  The seller I am working with wants to see this and is frustrated, very frustated with Zillow AND me that it's not showing up correctly.

First step in detective work:

Open up the property details page.
Scroll to the very bottom.
Click on "listing source" if shown in blue.    Is there an active data feed?   If so, then the agent who put it on the data feed needs to get it removed.  Once it is removed the Zillow listing will disappear in a 24 to 72 h.

If there is no "listing source" active, then report back for next round of detective ideas!
