Zillow is way off on my home's Zestimate

I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit against Zillow because the so-called Zestimate is more than $100,000 off. I challenge Anyone to find a 3 bedroom, two bath, two car garage, in upper Albany for $680,000, the new updated price, on my home at 812 Neilson St. in Albany, Ca.
Their inaccurate Zestimate could affect buyer's perception. I'll be making some phone calls tomorrow, In the interim, how can I delete my properties photos which I uploaded. From this day on, I do do not give Zillow permission to publish tem.
