Zillow knows how to rate homes accurately?

Zillow is way off the mark with their "zestimate" for 135 Pine Road!  You folks need to do better research starting with the values you assign to other homes in the same area that are MUCH higher than what you list for 135 Pine  Road.  I have been in some of these homes and Zillow doesn't know how to rate or value them.  Furthermore Zillow is IMPOSSIBLE to reach to discuss any issues concerning listings and their ratings.

Zillows zestimates are not known to be accurate. They're computer generated and don't take the amenities of the home and of the sold comps into consideration.

There are very few comps in your area and their sold prices are very low, which may affect the subject property's Zestimate, it is going to get higher estimate if there are higher purchased price comps in your area in the future.
