Zillows zestimates are not known to be accurate. They're computer generated and don't take the amenities of the home and of the sold comps into consideration.

There are very few comps in your area and their sold prices are very low, which may affect the subject property's Zestimate, it is going to get higher estimate if there are higher purchased price comps in your area in the future.
