From all of the feedback you read on Zillow you can see that it isn't always going to be 100% accurate. I wouldn't worry too much though because most likely if a buyer has an interest in your area they are working with an agent. If your home meets their criteria their agent is going to send them the MLS listing of your home. Good luck!
Zillow listing shows house NOT for sale, yet it is as not for sale.
The correct title should be:
Zillow listing shows house NOT for sale, yet it is for sale.
This listing on Zillowhttp://www.zillow.com/homes/890-south-josephine-Street,-Denver,-CO_rb/
shows my house as not for sale, yet in the middle of the street is my house for sale only with no address.
I asked my agent to have her tech people fix this listing and this is the reply that I received:
"It is not anything we did with the mls entry that is causing your address to be invisible...the software is deleting some active files all together. We do like to feed onto these web sites but they do have their issues."
How do I get this fixed?
Do you have to do something or does Fuller Sotheby's have to do something?
