Zillow listing shows incorrect info. :(

415 E. 52nd Street, 1BC, NY NY 10022 needs to be updated on your Zillow site. The sq. footage is way off.  The realtor corrected the error but Zillow's site still shows it. Please update to correct it. Thanks!

I do not see that the Cocoran site has any indication of square footage, so if they have no square footage mentioned it is quite possible that what was put on Zillow from their previous listing has remained.  Ask them to amend their data feed and add the correct square footage.

They are also sending duplicates of most photos to sites such as Zillow and Trulia.

Lots of nice closets!

The error in sq. footage was made on Corcoran's site and has since been corrected. Anyone using that original Corcoran posting as a source needs to update or will be publishing inaccurate info.

Here is the home page for that address. It shows 785sf is that the right number? If not, you agent would have to go into the listing on Zillow and edit since it is listed for sale. If it was not listed for sale, you could do that yourself as the owner.
