Zillow needs an easier way to flag listings.I've been a big fan of Zillow since I discovered it ~ 3 years ago, but it's becoming more and more impractical for searches. Listing agents have the full ability to list whatever invalid detail they want on a property. How useful is the "Single family homes" search if it returns half a dozen condos misfiled as houses? How useless is the lot size qualifier if there are dozens of 1/4 acre homes listed as having 11,111,111 sqft lots? Take any community market-based website these days and every user entry gives users a simple link to flag invalid listings or data. I once tried to report a property that was frustrating and was lead through endless pages and detail. Eventually if a property or lister is flagged enough times, it's time to look at the lister as potential trouble and get this data corrected. Garbage in - garbage out. Please consider before Zillow is so bloated with fake listings that users like me are forced to find alternatives.April 04 2011 - Milwaukee11YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
