Zillow needs to stop comparing rural properties with the urban properties within a zip code. Our house is in a pristine, high value, rural area yet Zillow claims that it is overpriced based on the zip code. This is dishonest and it has an impact on the sale of our property. If Zillow wants a more realistic value on a property, then start by basing the value of a rural property on the township/town location instead of the urban zip code. Zip codes are for postal deliveries only and don't equate to the true value of a property. Our property is located in Pike Township and the value of the property cannot be judged by the zip code for Boyertown, PA. The judgment that you place on property values is harmful to the seller. Let the buyer decide the value and not Zillow.July 05 2012 - Boyertown00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
