Zillow refuses to allow communication with their company. Why are they so shady and dishonest?

You know your dealing with a terrible company when they offer no email or phone. No email or customer service is a dealbreaker for me.  I will never use Zillow.com again. And I will tell me friends not to use Zillow too.

Send an email to spencer@zillow.com and see how fast you get a response.  He is the CEO.  There is nothing shady about Zillow in my opinion.  You may just not understand what they do or how best to utilize their offerings.

I have to agree with Joan - Zillow's transparency in having your negative comments front and center is a sign of good business.  Share with us - and with Zillow - what it is you need help with.  You've got a collective "voice" here on Zillow that can likely help you a great deal.

Shady. Dishonest. Terrible. No customer service.

But you supply no supporting evidence for any of those accusations.

It sounds like you would be happier somewhere else.

My honest opinion:  Zillow has its issues but any company that allows consumers' constant criticism, including yours, on the front page of the Q&A section deserves some credit.
