You can't. Eventually the 3rd party data providers will provide the present county records data, which would be used in the estimates.
However, the "last sold price/date" will still reflect the previous house, and will still throw off the estimate. They have made no revisions to the estimate programing to account for replaced houses yet; it is only factored in by the new tax assessed value, and the new sqft, new #bedrooms, and new #bathrooms. There is no easy way to separate the land and structure values except for the curve fit method used.

Zillow reporting info on a home that does not exist
I experienced a total loss fire caused by lighting in 2008. We demolished the entire home including the basement and footers. We rebuilt an entirely new home on the same site with a value that far exceeds what Zillow continues to report. Zillow is reporting on the home that no longer exists.
How can I cancel the Zillow reporting on my home? They continue to report erroneous information.
