Zillow reports Berkeley Zip code, but is listed as Albany School district

1530 San Lorenzo in Berkeley on Zillow is listed as being in the Albany Unified School District. The zip code is 94707.  I contacted the Albany district and they said this address was not in the Albany Schools. Is there a way to verify the zoning of this property, or possibly part of yard/property is in Albany? I'm wondering why it would say Albany district if it were not.  This would make our decision whether or not to pursue this house. Thank you.

Albany is 94706.  All the other 9470_s are Berkeley zip codes.  Hope this is helpful

Hello,

I don't see where this house is listed for sale.  It definitely is located in Berkeley in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood.  It sold in 2001 for $1,125,000.

If you are considering moving to Albany for the highly regarded public school system, feel free to contact us.  There are currently 9 single family homes on the market in Albany, some very close to Solano Avenue.
