Zillow shows listings/apprasals for houses (around mine) that are not even there. Can someone fix?

When I look up my house it has listings for many other houses immidiatly around my house for much more. But they are not physically there. Is this changing the approximated value of my house?

On dell street, elsmere, ky, 41018.

My house is 218 Dell, right next to where they are showing. Just wanted to know if this is raising the "zillow" value of my house.
