Sandra,
The information you got below is correct so hopefully by clicking on the flag and providing Zillow with the updated information will correct the mistake. As you probably know, nothing has sold in Ocean Ridge since April of 2007 and certainly nothing has sold yet close to the $350,000 number. In fact two units in the development are under contract with list prices very close to yours at $515,000 and $525,000.
I always tell clients that the best locations hold there value the best during downturns and increase the most during upturns and if these two close anywhere close to their asking prices it will make an awesome case study. Both were purchased near the height of the market as new construction so there was certainly a lag between contract and closing. However, purchase prices were not too much higher than the list price so these closing will be interesting indeed.
The very best of luck with a quick sale on your home!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for that information. I just notified them of the error, so I hope it will be corrected quickly, as our townhouse is actually for sale, and I don't want to discourage potential buyers!

Use the flag next to the transaction on your property page to alert Zillow of the erroneous data. Hopefully they will verify that it is not in the public record, and it will be removed.

Zillow shows that our townhouse recently sold, however, we did not. How do we correct that error?
