The best thing to do is to have a real estate agent or appraiser out to do a current market analysis of your home to let you know what it would sell for in today's market. Zillow provides a "Zestimate" of your home's value, which would give you a very approximate value, but even they can be off by up to 20% by their own admission.
The question would be, why do you need to know? Just curious? Are you getting ready to sell? Or are you thinking of refinancing to take advantage of today's low interest rates?
The reason I ask is that if you're going to refinance, the lender you choose can have their appraiser run a quick "comparable check" on your home to see if it's feasible to do the refinance without ordering a full blown appraisal. If you're thinking of selling, your local real estate agent or Realtor can do a comprehensive market analysis to let you know what it would sell for in this market and that service is generally free with the understanding that they would at least be given a chance to list your home for you should you decide to move forward.
Hope that helps!

If there is a misrepresentation of data on Zillow, obtained by a third party from public records, then you can claim your home on Zillow and edit the data. Please note: Zillow does not present below grade area in the square feet, even when finished with a split level.
To claim your home, hover your cursor over edit on the home details page. Then you'll be able to edit the square footage etc.
Once data are changed, the Zestimate may respond. It does take patience as it can be a few weeks to a few months to fully reflect the edits. In response to the disgruntled one's post, Zillow has put in this lag intentionally as people used to game the system.

Q:How do I get a proper valuation of my property.
A: Have a licensed appraiser appraise the home

Have you claimed your home. Doing so will allow you to edit the facts of your home such as square footage, beds and baths. You will also be able to enter in the total number of rooms and whether or not the home has a fire place. I don't think you can tell Zillow the home has 2 for value consideration. Zillow does not care whether the home is furnished or not.
Try making these quick changes and see what it does to your Zestimate. However give Zillow an opportunity get the data in their system; and update will not be instant.
