Dear Zillow: Our house is valued by you at an astronomical rate and we can't figure out why.  $523,800 for a 3 bed, 2 bath 1600 sq foot in Ballard (Seattle)?  Really?

Zestimate is just a starting point to know the home's estimated market value. The data that we have affects the Zestimate, so the more accurate data that we have, the more accurate Zestimate would be.

Everything is updated and the houses around it are what I would consider appropriately priced but ours is ridiculously high.  Please take a look at it, I think there is something wrong with the algorithm.  Since the last time I wrote to you, it went up in value $5000.  Seriously...
