Zillow values a mobile home in disrepair the same as a neighboring unit which is great. Why?

Same park, next door to each other.  One great.  This one is awful but values are the same on Zillow.  ???

The FAQ "What is a Zestimate?" goes into some detail about what is available for Zillow's calculations.

Zillow has no way to know the condition of a home, except as reflected in sales prices and/or tax assessments.   The condition of a home is not public information and Zillow does not do site visits for homes, but works off data from public databases.    Hence their statement that a Zestimate is a starting place for comparing homes, but does not substitute for CMAs and appraisals.
