Russ, any home in Greenfield, California is an example.  There is a total omission of Z-values, local market information, change in Z-values over time, etc.  Since I use the change in Z-values from highest to present value as a measure of what is happening in California Real Estate, the lack of this information diminishes the value of my spreadsheets on Central California Real Estate.
