Zillow, what's going on with your email server??

I am receiving no emails for my quote search parameters.  Even worse is that I see "contact made" from a quote I made in the past 24 hours, and there is nothing in my email inbox from Zillow.  How am I to contact this individual and not lose this prospect, other than re-quote and hope they see it?  On a side note for you I.T. guys, the only emails that are coming through are new feedback notification.

I concur. Zillow client called and said he sent 2 emails, while I received none.
