Zillow won't let me edit my Home Facts!

Profile picture for bumpy
I'm the owner. However, this home is not listed under myZillow Listings.
Under my Favorite Homes, the listing says "You have claimed this home."
But when I try to edit the Home Facts, I'm told I do not have permission because someone else has claimed this home!

Hello,
If it is a listing on Zillow the home facts need to be edited from the feed. If you scroll to the bottom of the listing you will see a "Listing provided by" section. That section will provide you with the site that is feeding the listing to us, you will need to edit the home facts on that site and the updates will syndicate to Zillow.

Let me know if you have any questions,

Melissa
