Its indeed very frustrating, but I want you to know that Realtors use the MLS for value or recent appraisals. We don't take value from websites.
Reading how Zillow arrives at their Zestimates might help. Here is the link

Unfortunately, Zillow has no way to account for waterfront unless they can see it in the numbers of a higher sales price or a higher assessment.
Updating your home facts is the best way to make your page more accurate and if you have a waterfront photo, I would add that to my page too. Buyers will be willing to pay for your waterfront location, but Zillow has no way to value it. Once you update it takes a few weeks for your changes to start showing up in the larger numbers. Square footage usually seems to have the biggest effect.

Zillow zestimate inaccurate! How do you either correct or remove home from zillow?
Does zestimate value make any difference to the world when it is very inaccurate? This is very frustrating. You have my house listed for 1/2 the value that I paid 2 years ago. Neighbors house listed at 3X the value of mine. All neighbors listed as higher when they are not comparable...not water front, 1300 Sq feet compared to my homes 2200+ sq feet. Please either fix this or take my house off Zillow!
