Depends upon how and where it is listed.  Zillow syndicates from many MLS systems and other property web sites.  If they have a partnership with any site, and "that site" has your home on it, it will get syndicated to Zillow.  This typically happens within a week of its posting.

If your Realtor is part of Zillow, he/she may do a manual post, or if not, there is a fee attached.  If you are the owner, you may also post to Zillow, for a fee.

The closest MLS system to Roland may be Ft Smith, but there are others in eastern Oklahoma. If you utilize the services of a Realtor with one of the "major companies", their sites syndicate to Zillow.

Best of luck!
