according to Long realty, this house is still on the market. Why did Zillow take it off the market?

Hi Gilou

Zillow receives a periodic upload from the local MLS.

Therefore, the information in Zillow may not be fully up to date.

When you have a question about a property, please call your favorite real estate salesperson.  We can provide you with the latest information about properties.

Best of luck in your home search!

Zillow didn't really take it "off the market" per say.  When you list a home with Long Realty, the home automatically gets entered into Zillow's database once it goes into MLS.  BUT, it is only advertised on Zillow for (I believe... but don't quote me on it) 180 days.  After 180 days, the agent needs to log in to his/her account and "refresh" the listing.

The home went under contract on March 23, and you posted this on March 20... This makes me think that the home simply needed to be "refreshed" on Zillow by the agent.  Hope that helps!  Let us know if we can answer any further questions.  John [Content removed by moderator due to self-promotion]

Hi Gilou,

This property is in Active Contingent status, this is likely the reason they removed it.  Are you looking for a new home in Oro Valley?  I would love to help you out!  Just send me an email and I will be happy to assist you!  Remember the buyers agents commissions are paid by the seller, I can make sure your best interests are being looked out for!

Have a great day!
