according to the comps in my neighborhood my home is priced in same price per foot as the other homes that are closest in comparison.  How ever your zestimate has my home valued at $40,000. below my asking price. Is there a way to remove your estimate from my listing? I don't think it's going to help me.

Data is only reliable if information entered into the system is accurate.  Edit your home facts, your updates may affect your home's Zestimate value. Remember Zestimate is a tool Zillow provides for you to use as a starting point in determining a home's value.  Sellers, buyers, and home owners should always request a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent, consider getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser, and attend, open houses to compare homes on the local market.
