I see. The info I provided was for #744 (this property).
I also see that yours (#746) does have a Z-estimate.
BTW, based on the past 6 months, homes in Millstone in the range of your (#746) have been selling for about 1.599 times the assessment.

The last time the house sold was 1986. I still think its the wrong house.

Although it may point to the wrong house, Zillow is likely using the correct public records info. for your house.
The assessment (as of 2001 or 2002?) looks like $164,200. Sales price was $205,000 in 2002.
So if you think the assessment was fair, you can check to see what similarly-assessed properties are selling for.
It does seem that the Z estimates are too HIGH in Millstone right now.

address is pointed to the wrong home
However, this address is pointed to the wrong house on Zillow. How do I get this corrected?
My house is not valued. I may be selling ym home in the near future and I don't want people to Zillow the address and get a value for the wrong house, which I believe is less than the value of my house. The house listed as 746 is a 3 1 1/2 bedroom ranch. My house is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath colonial.
My house (746) is the next house west of what you list as 746. There is also an empty lot between us.
I also accidentally claimed 744 Perrinveville Road trying to fix this problem myself. I want to unclaim that property.
