No, that is not a field that can be modified by the user. However, if it is incorrect, you can flag it and have Zillow confirm the correct information from county records. In order to flag it, open the home details page, scroll down to the price history table and click on the little flag on the right end of the row of the numbers showing the incorrect sale.

What do you mean by claim? Purchase records are public information which can be found in any courthouse.
