Clients of mine have told me that they posted reviews of my service on your site. This was 2 days ago and I still do not see the review. Can you explain why it would not post. Thanks

All reviews are checked by Zillow moderators before they are posted with the professional's profile.  Usually this takes a couple of business days, but sometimes a business week or longer.   I've noticed it takes longer after holiday weekends, perhaps a backlog accumulates.  (I don't represent Zillow).

Your client can check the status of their review at any time.  To do so, sign in to Zillow, open their profile and click on "reviews submitted" (on the left).

Another reason why a review would not post would be due to your client not signing on with a user name and password.

What wetdawgs said. Reviews can take a few days to appear (better to be delayed a few days while vetting as opposed to blindly posting every review submitted. Holds down on gaming of the system.)

Let me know if they aren't posted in a couple of days Bryan, and I'll have it looked into.

And I'd like to take a moment to personally thank wetdawgs. She/he does an AMAZING job in this forum. Amazing.
