Too many variables with that. How old of a home, how well it is insulated, the average temp that is set in the home. How much sun comes in or is kept out, etc. Maybe target a couple of 2000 sq ft homes for sell in your area and get the average utility bills for those homes.




any figures out there on approx how much it might cost to heat/cool a house per year/avg 2K sq ft
