Zillow would feed your site information -- to get an idea of some of the stuff developers have come up with, you can read through the API category of Zillow Blog - http://www.zillowblog.com/category/zillow-api/
However, we are in the early stages of supporting xml feeds to bulk upload listings to Zillow. You can learn more about that program at www.zillowfeeds.com

Hi Haniff,
I found your question very interesting. Feeding all listings information from your site to Zillow (is Free using this feeding method and paying fees if manually) creates maximum exposure on the Zillow portal. I understand the technical method to implement it but I would need to join or collaborate with your website design people.
At the beguinning it requires to create the XML format file (page) with all listings information. Then adding or updating is easy because all that is needed is to re-upload the XML page to your web server (hosting account).
I know that at some point in the future I can start and create a couple of listing feeds to try the effectiveness as Zillow said. I can let you know on my future projects:)

First you need to create an account with Zillow. If you have more than 50 listings, Zillow will offer this for FREE. For most part, this means you must be a broker and need a broker account with Zillow. With less than 50, Zillow charges per listing and you can upload them manually.
With many listings, your best bet will be using automated feed. This will require you to create an XML file or feed (following Zillow rules aka XSD) periodically and place it on your server for Zillow to pull and publish. You need a tool to take listing info and create the XML feed. You can either build this own your own or, can use existing services. Whenever you have new listing or when you want a listing removed, you will have to create this XML feed.
