I recently received an appraisal on my home for 78000 dollars.  This includes a market analysis as well.  You are estimating my home at half its appraised value.  I will sue Zillow if this estimated is not removed

What is your tax assessment?  If your taxes are very low, your zestimate value might be low as well because my understanding is that the algorithm behind the Zestimate looks at property taxes as one of the valuation factors.  Good luck.
