I am noticing a lot more activity lately and I honestly can't decide if it's just that my advertising has become more targeted or if the market is genuinely picking up around here. It looks from my narrow point of view to be getting busier. I've had a few showings lately that the house had only been on the market 20+ days and went under contract before the buyers had a chance for a second look. Maybe it's just a coincidence....what have you noticed this (or your area)?
