I am interested in a 1 or 2 bed condo in this neighborhood. What are the homeowner's association fees for this unit? I see that there is a covered parking place for one car. Is there parking available for a second car on the property?

The association fee is $130/mo. which includes water, trash, sewer, and maintainence of the property. There is only 1 covered parking spot, but ample parking for other cars or visitors.
