Before one can give a complet market value of your home. I would have to preview home . You due have a good location and schools . If you are just looking for a average selling price range. With the new tax credit that is offer and the market condiions and what bueyrs today are looking to spend. The homes that are selling are listed under $ 300,000.00 .

Even good homes don't sell in this market but the best price homes due  sell .    Have a great day.  Walter

Mojave Green,

Walter is correct; for an accurate market analysis of your home, or as I like to call it; a "zactimate", it would be best to physically tour your home first.  However, based on the limited information provided and your physical location; you could expect to sell in the range of $280,000 to $307,500.

If you "click" on the "blue link" above, it will direct you to a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) based on your information.  If you would like to know more about selling your home, in today's market, in Toms River, contact Walter; he is one of the best in town!

Good luck,

Jim
