You should find a good Realtor who can help you, the process is very trying and you will need someone who has done this before to help you. You will also be dealing with bank addendums that are very tricky.

The best way to find foreclosures is through a local Realtor. If you want to try it on your own, RealtyTrac is a good site. You can get a trial subscription and then there is a small monthly fee.
