Unfortunately lenders are held to strict minimum credit score requirements.  Try working with an agent to help you find an owner-finance or lease-purchase option.  Also, work with a legitimate credit repair company to help you pull your score up so you can eventually obtaing your own traditional mortgage.  Good luck!

Talk to a local mortgage lender. They will be able to tell you what you qualify for with your current credit scores.
