If there's a mortgage on the property it will be listed with the local tax/assesors office - you can check with them to get mortgage and owner info... Hope this helps!

The owner is listed as Inez Saunders in the MLS system and it's been owned since 1967 by Inez.  Send a letter to the house if you are interested in buying it as it's not listed on the market for sale by a real estate company.
