On the otherhand, it is a real listing. This is a lovely home, but quite a bit of money is owned - in 3 separate mortgages. All this info is available by clicking the see details link.

Sorry Follo, this is no more than an advertisement from a company trying to sell your their foreclosure inof service. The home is probably not even on the market for sale. Contact a local realtor, they'll be able to show you what's really available. Good Luck, Mark
