Alright. Sounds like you've paid $39.95 for a Featured Listing with us? If so, changing home description and listing price is easy.
On your listing's page(aka HDP) on Zillow, you'll find "Edit listing info" under "Edit" on the menu. Selecting this option will let you edit a number of aspects for your listing. And no, it won't be an additional charge.
If I'm misunderstanding what you need or if your listing is actually coming to us from a feed, let me know as there are some additional details.
