You won't be able to find the value of your house or your neighbors. You will get a zestimate which is useless in TX because it's a non disclosure state. Zillow get their data from public records and since only loan amounts are recorded,
If you want to know the market value, you can contact a loal Realtor and IKm sure they'll be happy to prepare a market analysis whichi whill include actual home sales data.

p.s. Deborah, I see that you are new to Zillow. Welcome. Just want you to know that zillow doesn't allow us agents to include our contact information in the posts. You may want to familiarize yourself with the good neighbor policy. See you around.

Because home values are subjective, you can get a basic idea of value based on things like overall size, bedroom count, square footage of house and lot, etc., but without assessing improvements made and condition of the home, including appliances, fit and finish, etc, ll you get is a rough "guesstimate" of value. Realtors and appraisers are more detailed in their comparisons.
