Yes, you can check views on your listing. Open the home details page and there are two options. In the upper right you'll see "Views: xx" which will show you the total views since Zillow started counting.
Then, scroll down to the Zestimate graph and click on "more". Chose "page views" and you'll see the day by day views over the last month. These counters will count your views, your best buddy's views, as well as people interested in the property.
