Hi Webster,
Interesting idea. It's way more involved than you might think to do this, given the nature of our searches. I must confess there is a long list of features that we're working on in the Search area. I have it onto the Search team as a suggestion for later.

If you want to show the newest listings on your site, we do have a Newest for sale listings widget that you can set to a location. It is not as customizable as the RSS idea, but it's a start.
