Yes you can.  However, the lender will not allow you to benefit financially from the sale.  Also, the stress involved in the short sale process itself, let alone the fact that you are losing your home, makes the pocess almost unbareable!  Let another professional handle it for you.

Yes, but I don't think that the lender will pay you a commission to do so.  You may want to list it with a colleague in return for compensation paid.
